Shyla Fletcher was amazing. I've been to a lot of insurance places and sometimes it can take 1-2hours, for a basic transfer. She had us done in 30mins. I was selling my car, and the new owner got there early, and she got all of the paperwork started. On top of that, there was no line up, staff greeted me immediately and the place was super easy to find and ample parking out front. I'll definitely use them again!

In all the years I have been buying insurance, this is the FIRST time I have had an agent actually look for the best deal for me. Absolutely amazing job and a friendly team. Highly recommended, great job ladies in Chase!

The office is right on the main st through town making it really convenient to access and the inside it's pretty welcoming as well. The person who helped my friend was pretty friendly and efficient at their job answering her questions quickly without trying to talk her into purchasing anything right away.
