Had a quick response to a request for an estimate for large area in our home; also had great help with tile selection from Zac and his staff both for floor and later for backsplash! Tile delivery was delayed due to supply chain issues but once it was in the store the process began immediately. Both Riley and Claudio worked like true professionals during the entire demolition and installation! Any concerns were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction! Susie is an artist and takes a quite serious approach to detail. It’s so worth the xtra for such a beautiful job. Very professional. I highly recommend her for her talents and detailed work. My boyfriend and I were in castlegar for a wedding. He has long hair and kept putting it in a bun without brushing it. we came in and when I tell you these kind hairstyles did not judge the softball sized mat of hair that was removed from his hair, I mean it. They were kind in their approach of something that felt embarrassing to us for letting it get bad in the first place. They gave him a trim he looked better but you could tell he felt better too. I know one of the ladies was named Tammy, and the other girls name I missed but she’s been there for some years. They were incredible, kind, professional, and I cannot recommend them or this salon enough. Thanks ladies, if I were richer I wish I could’ve tipped you both 1000$. We aren’t in castlegar too often due to the distance but we will 100% make an effort to support this place. Just cannot recommend these two and this salon enough after that experience.

I travelled to Castlegar from Edmonton, AB to purchase a truck and just as I was leaving town it had an issue and overheated. It was Sunday and every shop was closed except In Gear Mechanical and I was now in a difficult situation being stuck in Castlegar.
