Dave came by to review our heating issues as our home is never warm. We had an electric furnace and a heat pump. It turned out both were undersized for our home. He gave us options but no pressure. Within a week we had a new gas furnace put in and our heat pump disconnected. In 3 hours our home was warm for the first time in 5 months. No more sweaters and scarfs inside. The team was efficient, clean and when they left, the tech wasn't sure about something with the thermostat so he came right back to change it. So happy.
