When there was cracked glass of our kitchen window earlier this year and the recent trouble of opening a noisy bedroom window on our upper floor, the owner Jeff was also very accommodating and responsible to replace the cracked glass and to find way to fix the noisy window without additional charge to is. At first, they indicated that the causes of the aforementioned issues could be a result of improper work from other trades. So we appreciated their understanding that we had not even lived in this new house when these window problems happened due to our inter provincial relocation reason. To sum up, we would recommend this window company and their services.“
