They don’t do acrylics, their way of doing hard gel is strange as well and always goes on thick. The “boss” is also rude. Yelled at me for booking “shellac” when I wanted hard gel. I 100% said hard gel over the phone as I never get shellac. She told me over and over again “no, you booked wrong”. Isn’t it possible that YOU wrote it down wrong? She bosses her employees around and I actually feel bad for the younger staff working there.

Service is quick and salon is pleasant but they could not care less about the final product, just mechanically do what they are asked. I had a colour change on my feet done and it looks very sub-standard. The nail polish bottle was dry and the technician had a hard time applying it. I could not see very well the final result. When I came outside I saw how un-even and choppy it looks and went back suggesting they apply another coat to even it out. The owner just said it's because your nail is not smooth and that was the end of it. No suggestion to correct or even sorry. Said next time use a different colour (not metallic). This was my first visit here and I enjoyed the service. I called ahead and made an appointment. Inside is very clean. Even the washroom was very clean and smelled pleasant. There is a big screen TV they have a movie playing on. I would come back here again. Thank you.
