We had Jeffery and his crew renovate three bathrooms, a laundry room, a mudroom, and open up our living/dining area. We lived in the house during the entire renovation and were thoroughly impressed with the workmanship, cleanliness, organization, communication and overall professionalism. Made what could have been a very stressful situation into a pleasurable experience with an outcome we are very happy with.

We worked well with Versailles and the able team doing a major renovation to a 32 year old condo. The company has a good relationship with suppliers in the industry and Jeffrey is very organized in terms of getting permits with City of Vancouver.The Versailles team are very cordial and good about making sure the site is clean at the end of each day. Workmanship is done to a high standard with Jeffrey attentive to detail. We had our own designer who Jeffrey worked with very successfully. Finally, we received regular monthly reports itemizing expenses incurred.I would not hesitate to recommend Versailles and would use them again in a heartbeat.
