This is a great Canadian company based in Burnaby BC with great people to deal with in my experience. My last order was for a popular product and with no stock left to assign to my order a representative, Tyler, contacted me. He provided options to wait for more product and suggested alternate products for consideration. Tyler even contacted other Canadian distributors to see if they had stock - which they didn't but I sure appreciate the initiative. Ultimate Tools will most certainly remain on my radar as a preferred online supplier.

The only danger with shopping here is leaving with more than you thought you needed that day! It’s surprising the stock they carry, especially in the higher end tools. I want to shout out to Tyler who has been incredible every time I’m in the store. A recent online order I made was fulfilled the next day and he even went the extra mile on another setup today. Great staff, great gear, and great communication from them.
