Erica Beech has actual magic hands. I was referred to her by other family members and they were not exaggerating. She gave me stretches to do and the end and made sure I was comfortable during the entire massage. Before we started she asked questions regarding previous health concerns and why I was seeking help that day and everything she did was so professional yet she also made you feel super comfortable. She was incredibly knowledgeable about everything she was doing and I felt so safe and happy! 100% coming back to her and Total Vitality!

Total Vitality center is the place to be at.They have the best facility that’s clean, well equipped, best receptionist and staffs. This is my favorite place for RMT massage and Acupuncture.I highly recommend this place.

I'm meticulous when it comes to my health. So far the clinicians here never disappointed me.The first time I visited was for facial. I was very satisfied and happy of the service done by Lucy. I returned and tried acupuncture. Dr Julie did a thorough job as well. She went the extra mile just to give me as much relief as I can get in my first visit. Been answering her I don't feel any but when I stood up and started walking, my body feels so relaxed, so light. No more muscle tightness nor pain.
