Sasha did a great job. He went out of his way to show me the broken heat coil in our dryer to make sure that he’d confirmed the problem. He repaired the dryer and then took the time to fix the exhaust hose that hadn’t been properly attached by the original installers.
Oleg was fantastic! He explained the problem with our oven in simple terms and provided multiple repair options for us to pick from. Appreciate the transparency and the no pressure attitude.
Great work by Danny and his crew! They got my fridge back up and running after the compressor seized up. All in all they were here for a solid three hours, but it’s totally worth it compared to a new fridge, especially one this size.
