First off my pup loves it at the Burnaby location, he doesn't even look back to say goodbye Mom. Second, i know the girls love him back and i trust leaving him here while i go off to work for the day. The owners are super nice and the staff are amazing. They sometimes hold events where you can meet all the other dogs and parents and just socialize with treats and fun activities. Groomer is wonderful. Convenient location and good parking. Just took our inherited Golden Retriever to get a " puppy cut! "Couldn't stand the hair everywhere everyday.They did a fabulous job!He looks amazing!!Completely different looking dog...lol!This is the place for us.Thank you

Two convenient locations that I have visited both, not easy to get ahold of for bookings and prefer the Burnaby locationGood grooming but dog had razor burn on genitals every time. Not sure why.
