I recently dropped off some designer dress shirts that had stains from a night out and was greeted warmly by Velma and she was provided a detailed pickup receipt of the items. It was done quickly in 2 days. Upon pickup, I noticed there were some spots that needed attention. Velma assured me that they would provide extra attention to it free of charge.

The owner, Tammy, also took time to email me directly in regards to the issue. She assured me that they would take care of the shirt in time for the wedding, which was so sweet and considerate.
