horrible company. Stole my items during a flood. Returned some items in non functioning conditions. refusing to return my calls or emails.
You may want to talk to your employees about how they represent your company. This morning ay 7:20am one of your vans (with a burnt out headlight)was behind me at 84th and 200th. I was turning right and because I waited till I felt it was safe he honked at me three times. Once we turned he proceeded to zoom past me honk again amd give me the finger.
Service Master contractors tore our balcony apart on day 1. On day 2, they were on site for less than an hour to erect a tarp. Since then our balcony and windows have been under a tarp. That was 2 1/2 months ago. They have stalled when pressed about when they will complete the work. In rare instances they have given a date and were a no show.
