The staff was awesome and super helpful . They fixed up my father in law's garage door, and even though English isn't his first language . Sean's crew was helpful, and patient . They were professional and a pleasure to deal with ! Highly recommend them!!

Fantastic service. I contacted Reliable through the website at 5:45PM on a Sunday, got a response at 8:30AM on Monday, and my garage door was fixed by 11AM the same day. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend you use Reliable.

I called Reliable Door and Gate when my garage door didn’t close properly. Sean was able to schedule a service technician (Patrick) to accommodate my availability. Patrick arrived on time and he quickly diagnosed the issue, a stripped gear wheel. He provided a cost-effective solution and patiently answered my questions. He installed the new garage door opener efficiently and also explained the new setup. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and the price was fair.
