Went here when i was pregnant to get my nails done for my maternity shoot. The extensions were nice but the price was shocking considering i couldnt see the ombre effect that she was saying. The pedicure was nothing special. What stood the most about this salon for me is how unsanitary their tools are, how loud they could be while chitchatting with their colleague and most importantly how i ended up with a fungal nail infection on my foot. Eventhough this location is so conveniently located below me, i never dared set foot in this place ever again.

I had my first pedicure without polish at Professionail. My nails were satisfactorily cleaned up. However, the back of my feet were not. I wanted the back of my feet scraped well as I had a calluses built-up and cracked skin. When I came home and examined my feet, I could see that it was poorly done. I had to spend much time to do the work on my own. Prior to visiting Professionail, I had a regular pedicurist who had her own salon. She did a much better job. But she moved away.

I am very unsatisfied with their service. I went there to just take off my nail polish that I did in their salon but apparently the person who gave me service does cashier work too and leaves me waiting again and again while cleaning my nail. Even cleaning nail, she seems rushing and doesn't do carefully. She doesn't even put oil after cleaning my nail. It just feels like its sanded.
