I greatly appreciate her prompt responses to my questions and returning my calls in a timely manner.
Amir was fantastic - HRV service. Pleasant, efficient, kind and clean. Even the office staff (Shayna - I hope I spelt that correctly) was accommodating. I was able to get same day service. Thank you Amir and Pro Ace for your great service!
Although the part had to come from Montreal, Pro Ace prioritized our repair once the part arrived. Kal serviced our heat pump in a friendly and competent way. He was willing to go the extra mile to make our experience a positive one.
