I’ve dealt with Nugreen multiple times now. This latest time, I placed an order online for a DMMCaptain Hook with a 30 foot lanyard. When it arrived, there was no lanyard. I emailed them and found out that apparently the product I ordered wasn’t supposed to come with the lanyard and that the lanyard was meant to be a separate item, however the way it was worded on their website left some room for misunderstanding. Within a few hours of my email, they had changed the wording on their website and sent me a reply letting me know that they’d be sending my lanyard out right away, free of charge.
