Went here for a vehicle check, and they did a great job in providing a detailed report. Mitch was really helpful and professional. They also offer flexible after-hour pickup which is nice and convenient. Would recommend.
I normally work on my own cars because I have had so many bad experiences with mechanics over the years. Nixon is the ONLY shop I've been to that has met my expectations. They aren't cheap, but they offer value and they do it right the first time. The digital condition reports provided with each service are really great.
Mitch is my contact at Nixon Automotive. He's very friendly and knowledgeable but never pushy. The work gets done on time and the online invoice is detailed. The whole place looks clean. No complaints. :)
