I had a good experience with Hide-san! At first, I was a little worried because I hoped a woman would cut my hair, but he did a good job! He was gentle and took time to pay attention to detail. I asked for face framing layers and I think he did a perfect job ☺️ I will go back again next time
Moeko is absolutely wonderful and very patient! I went to her for my hairstyle both before our pre-wedding photoshoot and on our wedding day. Although I initially had some concerns after the first session, Moeko kindly offered to stay late and adjust my hairstyle even though her schedule was already full. The final result turned out amazing — both my wife and I were extremely happy with it.
Also, Momo at the front desk was super nice and helpful! When I had some communication difficulties discussing the hairstyle with Moeko, Momo stepped in and provided great support. I really appreciated that.
