Aziz, Helen, and everyone were great.
I've had a hard time finding a company that I felt I could trust to not charge me or sell me more than needed and hard to find a plumber who would talk to me (a middle aged woman) like I could understand what was happening, but Aziz and the team were respectful, kind, timely, worked hard while they were here, and did great work.
I'm so glad I've finally found a company I feel comfortable calling in the future.
(They worked really hard to replace my boiler and hot water tank with a combi system. Thanks, Aziz!)
Mr. Abdulaziz is the best person I have known in this business. I get my furnace as well as my air condition serviced regularly. When I used the services of Maple Furnace, I was very much pleasantly surprised. They are very soft spoken, deliver what they promise and go beyond it. They are going to be my go to guys in the future and I'm going to be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

I called Essi yesterday for boiler problems in my home. Today, Aziz and his assistant came onsite. Aziz is a super experienced expert. He did inspection and explained what problem were with his recommendations with us. He further cleaned up the boiler, changed igniter, turned on the boiler,and remind us with maintenance tips in the future. He further contacted manufacture for boiler parts order. Aziz also did problem shooting of fireplace and provided a solution. Aziz is a professional and customer oriented expert.
