Excellent service but the office clearly needs more people to keep up with demand. When I arrived, three more people walked in, two of them without an appointment. There was one other staff member but still not enough staff to deal with the number of clients.
I always being served by Meredith, she’s the optimum of this clinic. However, At my appointment yesterday, I met Janet Deng, she took care of my CPAP machine. Janet was very thoughtful, patient, and very knowledgableThanks all for your commitment and service
I arrived early and met Janet. She was extremely helpful and arranged the test equipment even though I provided her with an incorrect prescription from my family doctor. Her explanation on how to use the equipment was in great detail. Thank you Janet!
