Lougheed Wellness Centre

This place is a little gem tucked away! My partner and I both go here to get RMT work done by John--he's awesome. He is skilled at what he does and always makes sure you are comfortable. I highly recommend going in to see him, it's made a huge difference in my mobility!

I have been extremely pleased with and highly recommend the Lougheed Wellness Center for their professional and knowledgeable therapists. Jon listened attentively to my concerns and tailored the massage to meet my specific needs. He was professional and clear, but also easygoing and friendly. He gave me exercises to do at home to help further relieve my symptoms. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, and with a better understanding of my issues and how to get better.

I got a severe muscle spasm on right hip, to the extent that I needed a walker for two days to be able to walk. Tha pain was so bad I was shouting, even with strong pain-killers. Then I had one session of massage therapy with Jon and another session with Richard. It was like a miracle. I was back to work the day after. I really appreciate what you did for me Jon and Richard.
