Highly recommend Lotus Flower Boutique. The owner was super nice and sweet! I had an emergency last minute request on my wedding day. I ordered my bride bouquet from my decorator’s florist and the bouquet turned out nothing like what I sent them. I was so upset and decided to call Natalie the owner at Lotus Flower at 10am .And she tired her best to arrange with her staff at the shop on her day off to make this happen for me. I am so pleased and grateful for everything they did for me. Their beautiful bouquet absolutely saved my big day! Thank you so much !

Update: I did hear from this business a couple weeks later, with a call and sincere apology for the mistake, and they created a really lovely arrangement for me in my favourite colour. I appreciate them doing their best to make it right & would be open to giving them another try as their flowers were lovely and they were sincere in improving their service.——OP:Really disappointed with this place.
