The nurse who was apparently my fellow Chinese madam who did the bloodwork and urine test for me was really rude. I smiled and said Hi. She did not respond. During the whole time she did not smile or look at my face even once and used short imperative vague phrases with an angry tone. She didn’t give a damn about me. At the end, I didn’t even know it was done. She left straightaway after yelling “press it” towards her toolkit.
The girls here are great, have tried many locations and everywhere else the employees seem to hate life. Came here recently twice for my glucose testing and the staff were super friendly, and even allowed me to lay down while the room wasn’t in use for ecgs as I was feeling a little dizzy. This location is appointment only which is nice, you know you will be seen upon arrival and do not need to wait around.
I am not sure what staff here hope to achieve by yelling at seniors who are hard of hearing, especially if there is a language barrier. Overheard one of the techs screaming at one of the patients to "stop laughing" and harping on and on like a broken record about bringing someone who speaks English next time. Yelling will not achieve anything, and if someone doesn't speak English, how does she suppose they will understand the instructions she is relaying in such an angry and aggressive tone.
