This is the second Relax-A-Mist steam unit that I have had in my homes. The JR-3 units have performed as advertised. However, with each unit the digital control unit went goofy at about the 3-year mark. In both situations, Relax-A-Mist (via Leisure Baths Ltd.) had a new control unit to me in under 1 week. In each case there was no additional cost as the control units were tested and deemed not to be user error. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! This gives me comfort as a consumer!

We have been a distributor of Relax-A-Mist steam units for several years, the quality and functionality have been reliable and now the steam trim has all of the trending finishes including matte black and brushed gold! Well made Canadian product built in Burnaby. They service their own equipment which means you get someone who knows exactly what they are doing and can even help diagnose over the phone. If looking for a steam bath, highly recommend Relax-A-Mist.
