Before calling Fortress I had spoken to another homeowner I did not know in my neighbourhood who had wonderful things to say about the work they did building her wall and how considerate the crew was. My experience was every bit the same, as they exceeded my expectation in workmanship and were considerate gentleman every day they were on site. Chris also took on dealing with the city and the engineer that drew up the plans for the retaining wall. This was a great weight off my shoulders since he was able to deal with them on an expert level directly. The final product has neighbours and strangers stopping when I’m in my front yard to complement me on the job well done. I have no hesitation recommending Fortress and have done so already to friends and family.“

“Hi ust dropped by to pick up some boulders for an aquarium I was building and found the staff to be super pleasant and helpful. Place was well organized and although there were forklifts driving about the yard I felt safe as there was a lot of space and room to walk around and browse. They allowed our dog to come out so she didn't have to wait in the car. Love that. Great customer service, found what we needed. Overall a great experience.“

Jessica worked with me throughout the process to meet my budget needs. The job was done beautifully....to view it in person you would think it was always like it is now....and the men who did the job were such professionals, not a trace of dirt was left.
