Great grooming service! My senior dog was turned down by two other groomers because it won't stand up and would laydaown all the time. The groomer were so patient and caring and did a fabulous job on my senior dog making it looking like a puppy. Pricing is comparable to other grooming salons and is cstagoriezed by weight. Flexible weekend appointment time available is huge bonus! Highly recommend

My recently adopted Chi-mix is terrified of having his nails trimmed. I was a walk-in & when I explained that it would be best if I was with him when getting his nails trimmed, and he would need to be muzzled, the ladies said they would try without me in the room. It didn't work, not their fault, he was an abused dog before he came to me. I suggested that I would hold him while she did his nails. Success! She was quick & patient and did a great job. I will definitely go back for all his nail trimming. Their prices are fair & did a great job.

I took my furry cub to bathe several times and his hair was shiny and fluffy after washing. The boss even helped me remove the hairball on my stomach. The store is very clean and neatly displayed. Front desk service is very good. The beautician is very professional.
