I received amazing service!! they looked over my whole car for me and gave me a break down of what needed to be fixed then booked me to fix my oil leak!!! friendly services alongside great prices!!! I will be coming back :)
I had a brake light out and no place would let me come within 2 hours of closing. Imperial Auto told me to come and were willing to see me at 10 minutes to closing (!!!). AND THEN they took just five minutes and didn't try to upsell me on anything. So grateful. I will definitely be back.
I used to bring my car here every time for oil change their customer service was okay but their price was great and they were fast but now it took them 2.5 hours to change my car's oil and they charge double what they used to charge for my previous car even though its just a Hyundai not a German car or any expensive car. The gentleman who changed the oil was very nice but I won't be coming back here. It's just mot worth it slow service and similar price as anywhere else
