“The work was fast and satisfactory The problem I had was I never saw an invoice or have never received a bill 4 months later I m told I am delinquent in my bill and interest will be charged The insurance adjuster says she was told I was never a customer I called April 17 day after I received notice and told a gentleman on the phone the problem No return call ever from this company There no answer at their no I still don t know the amount owed never saw an invoice and insurance adjuster wants to close the claim I want to make a retraction now of my above statement Again the service was excellant no complaints there The bill yes was never received by me My fault for not calling and checking to where it was It turned out the insurance adjuster was calling the wrong business and angry with me saying there was no client by my name listed with this company However my final say was it was handled so gracefully by this company and they took the step to resolve everything I thank them for their kindness and help“

“We recently hired Iouri Baltchougov to work on the roof and gutters of our home in North Burnaby. The house is 110 years old, 4 storeys high, with a roof so steep that when we replaced the shingles 25 years ago, the first 4 companies we approached wanted nothing to do with working up there. Iouri, however, is a diehard mountaineer who seems more comfortable at the top of a 40-foot ladder than down on the ground. He was the perfect guy for the job.We needed the asphalt shingles cleaned of moss and sediment, several sections of downpipe removed or repaired, gutters washed and cleaned, and all the windows washed. Iouri did everything thoroughly and conscientiously. Wearing his safety harness, he spent many hours scraping the entire roof by hand. The old gutters were all scrubbed clean. A couple of downpipes had become completely clogged with sand and grit from the shingles. He swapped them for new ones, including a tricky section that angled around a corner.Although it can sometimes take Iouri a while between visits to show up again, he works diligently and efficiently, cleaning up after each session. He knows his craft well and is happy to take on additional tasks, whether painting a pipe or re-installing a gutter to the proper angle. His pricing is fair and his terms are reasonable. Although he tells you everything that requires servicing, there’s no up-selling or inflating the to-do list. He’s also very friendly and trustworthy.I can easily recommend Adequate Solutions for any home services that require long ladders and lots of experience. I expect to hire Iouri again someday.“
