This is a long overdue review. Our almost 20 years old furnace broke down in October 2022. We did not know who to call for service, so we relied on Google review. We decided to contact Heatco as their review was good. I think Theo came right next day, recommended a furnace and tankless water heater. They were able to install the new furnace and water heater very quickly and even helped us with Fortis BC rebate. Very efficient and professional. Since the installation in 2022, there is no issue so far. I am glad we contacted Heatco.
We received excellent service from the team at Heat Co. Courteous and professional staff. Theo did the install of a new remote and inspection of our fireplace. When there was a problem they responded and showed up to make sure everything was in order. We would highly recommend them.
Great service! Theo came out a couple days after I called to check on my hot water tank that needed replacing. I am out of the service area but since I had the furnace replaced with them in 2018, he came out to Mission on a Saturday. The hot water tank needed replacing and he did it that same day. It was reasonable rates and I am very happy to do business with Heatco. Very kind and efficient! Thank you again!
