We went there yesterday, after hearing so many ads and compliments on them. They have not disappointed me. Huge business premises. Big, well illustrated and organized show room and warehouse. They even have different depts to serve business and individual clients separately. Charlie, at the show room, showed us around. He was very polite, sincere, considerate, helpful, fluent in English, and true with info, suggestions and alternatives. Their 2 other warehouse associates have the same quality as well, who even offered to assign a newer lot to us after knowing that we can only take the other half of our flooring 1.5 month later, so as to avoid the may be color difference...read full review
Highly professional service and excellent quality flooring. I purchased my first Euro Style floor in 2015, and it held up beautifully for over 9 years. When flooding affected us this year, we didn’t hesitate to return to Golden Trim for a replacement. We're absolutely loving the new floor!
