I have been training with Amal for about 4 months now and the experience has been nothing but positive. Amal is very passionate about training and teaching his clients how to build healthy habits which will lead to success. In only 4 months I have seen many positive changes in my body. I’ve lost weight, my body feels tighter, I’ve gained muscle and I’ve gained a lot of strength. I’m able to lift large amounts of weight that I never thought I ever could! I think a big part of this is because Amal teaches his clients how to have proper form when lifting. When I started my new life style change I was so worried to even step into a gym let alone seek for a trainer. I didn’t know where to start or how to even seek help. Isabelle Roostervelt/Dyer Fitness was referred to me by a mutual friend as they thought she/the gym would be the best fit for me and my health. It’s safe to say Isabella was more than just a great fit. She examined me thoroughly, focusing on what my strengths were and what I needed to do to improve other areas that weren’t just yet at 100%.
