Had an issue with a motorized skylight that was not handled correctly by the warranty representative. However , Gord from Columbia contacted me and personally came to my house to see the issue and brought with him a new skylight to replace mine. Outstanding service. Problems happen all the time but the way they are handled is what defines a good company. Thank you Gord for taking ownership of the issue and deliveryingI have no issue using Columbia again knowning that if an issue does occur that it will get handled.

We used Columbia Skylights in our renovation and are thrilled with the result. We have nine skylights, five of which open. The product quality is terrific, customer service exceptional and they met Vancouver’s stringent energy efficiency guidelines. Highly recommend.

Columbia supplied all the skylights in our house including two that open with motors. The product is first class and their customer service is fantastic.We had an issue with one and they fixed it with a smile within two days.I highly recommend them.
