He was always positive, super helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure I had the best experience possible. Just four days after our first conversation, I was driving off in my new Lightning!

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A TRUCK PLEASE ASK FOR LORENZ !! he is like a trustworthy truck review youtuber but in real life. Very honest, lets you know the specs of the car in terms that you can understand in real life situations, and pretty much sold us on an f150 rather than sticking to a reliable brand toyota with their shit trucks
He knows a lot about other branded trucks too and tell it as it is, doesnt sugar coat his products and oversell it to the point that its not geniune.
Not really a rating for coastal ford burnaby mostly for Lorenz but definitely i recommend wherever he is go to him and good for coastal ford for hiring such... read full review

Chris (sales manager) and Zach (sales consultant) made getting my new lightning a breeze. These guys were punctual, professional and fully transparent. I had been in the business previously and my bar was set quite high when it came to sales staff. These two exceeded expectations. Definitely recommend Zach who took the time to find exactly what I was looking for! Brown bros doesn't even come close to this dealership!
