The first class service we received from Canuck Roofing company. Today, our new roof has been completed, we could not be happier, as the whole process was very smooth and enjoyable. We are the long time Burnaby citizens we would love to give our business to our local business. I made the call to Canuck Roofing, the office administrator returned my call promptly and scheduled the representative to do the estimation the next day. It was a pleasant experience through and through working with the team at Canuck Roofing. We had our roof serviced & cleaned. We have 31 year old tile roof & skylights that needed a lot of TLC. Ryan came out for the initial exam, nice gent. Scottie discussed with me about the condition of our roof and what to expect; provided before pics, discussed about the do's to prolong the roof's life since we are not financially ready for a new roof and the don't so we wouldn't waste our $. We recently had our house roof redone and are very happy with the quality of the installation. There were some miscommunications at the start (I could have tried harder to get everything in writing) but they were very professional and clearly take pride in their customer service. Francisco was great to deal with and went out of his way to ensure our expectations were met in the end.
