Our designer, Jamie listened to what we wanted and made changes to the designs, offering her expertise as we planned together. She took our budget and the flow of the area into good consideration and was a pleasure to work with. The installers were also excellent. There was a problem with one of the pieces which could have put a halt on completing the whole entertainment unit. However, Ash was on top of it, phoned the company right away and a new piece was produced and sent over by taxi, in order for the installation to be completed within a short time. We are so pleased with our California Closets system. In June of this year we downsized to a town home and were seeking a solution to maximize our closet space. We contacted CC and were introduced to Louise L. She came to our home and after listening to our thoughts and needs presented us with 3 options and helped us choose the best one. Then came the installation, Ash and Chris were very professional, they arrived on time and finished the job by mid-day. They were also very quiet, and tidy.
