No one is answering the phone, no one is responding to the online customer service, and no one is replying on WeChat. If you cannot provide such services, why put them online and waste my time?

The pharmacist was very insensitive and kept giving me exercise, eating and medical advice instead of completing the transaction and giving me my prescription. Even when I stated I don't need advice, she kept going.I only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they do fill prescriptions quickly normally. But not worth the unsolicited and unhelpful advice that goes against medical treatment.

NEVER EVER GO HERE. Had the worst experience this morning at this walk-in clinic/pharmacy. I got there early to see a doctor as a walk-in patient and waited outside for few minutes. Then when they opened the door I went in and waited to be served. While I was waiting in the waiting area, a person who appeared to be a pharmacist walked in looking all angry and yelled at her coworker saying “who opened the door?” Then once she was behind the pharmacy counter she rudely asked “are you here for pharmacy?” and when I said I was waiting to be seen by a doctor, she pretty much told me to go over there as where I was standing is “her” pharmacy lol Anyone who’s been...read full review
