I got back my deposit deposit of $500 now returned.i waited a month. I've been calling them almost every few days. It's been over a month since I got my Navien put in. I'm still waiting on Fred promising me that he would send in for a warranty for me on my heat exchanger. The Navien is working fine and was fixed when there was an issue. ... I got my heat exchanger too now. Sabrina, Denise, and Lena were courteous and helpful.
I highly recommend Abby and Farogh: they installed a new high efficiency boiler, and the craftsmanship was top notch. Abby was the "architect" behind the beautiful installation of piping and related materials - I recommend him. He has really good customer service skills, also. I found that the Angels reception team was always courteous, responsive and helpful.
We got a good response time and the people are very helpful. Very good explanation, good customer service technician.Things get done fast and maybe i should mention here that We were tight in budget but they could try to fit it in.Thank you for the service AngelsServices: Heating system installation
