We recently hired Iouri Baltchougov to work on the roof and gutters of our home in North Burnaby. The house is 110 years old, 4 storeys high, with a roof so steep that when we replaced the shingles 25 years ago, the first 4 companies we approached wanted nothing to do with working up there. Iouri, however, is a diehard mountaineer who seems more comfortable at the top of a 40-foot ladder than down on the ground. Yuri performed his job in highly professional manner. He is very thorough and go extra mile to clean up some areas which I did not expect him to do so. He had done excellent job in cleaning exterior side including window of my house. He works extremely hard with long hours and I am amazed by his endurance, high energy and dedication to his work. His price is highly competitive. I couldn't find better service/value from anywhere else. I highly recommend anyone who is considering powerwash your house to call up Adequate Solutions.Services: Glass & mirror cleaning

My husband and I thought we'd need our gutters completely replaced but Iouri was able to use most of the existing lengths and just replace certain areas. This was much appreciated because it helped keep the cost down. (I think most companies would've just told us to rip it all down, for their own convenience and profit.) Iouri was very hardworking and not only checked in with us when an unexpected problem arose, he also asked us to look everything over at the end of the job to make sure we were happy with everything. Our gutters look/function a million times better, and our house is much cleaner now too!
