We had excellent service from 24 Hour Glass. Staff was very polite, thorough and knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Smart problem solvers! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Accidently broke my glass patio door on Sunday morning. 24 hour glass was called by 8:30am and the glass door was replaced well before noon. They did a good job as well as cleaning up any shards of glass. I would recommend.

Just had the glass in my bay windows replaced by 24Hour Glass and was really pleased with their service. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

PROS:
• All staff were exceptionally courteous.
• Best price of the five places I contacted (two didn't reply). I didn't pick them because of lowest price, I look at many factors before deciding.
• Family-owned (that's a plus in my books).
• Took care of details far beyond expectation.

CONS:
• Took 3 business days to respond to quote request. Turns out that this seems to be the industry standard. I don't have a problem waiting 3+ days to receive a quote, but it would be nice that...read full review
