I was referred to GN by the Hyundai Dealership in Burnaby …. they replaced my back bumper in a timely manner … were very professional and I really enjoyed their friendly staff … don’t let the crowded parking in the area discourage you from going there… they will arrange it for you if you call ahead … I will definitely use their services again if needed. I've done two ICBC repairs here and my experience was great, so I trusted them with a non-claim issue and they delivered a repair for a fraction of what the dealership quoted. A very good trustworthy group.

6 stars! The crew was incredibly transparent on the entire process. I was unsure if I was going to pay out of pocket or file a claim. They explained everything, how to save money if I did want to go out of pocket etc. I have and will recommend to all my friends and family.
