“My wife and I turned to Rob-Ron Construction after dealing with a competitor that had quoted an astronomical price for the renovation of two bathrooms (total gut and rebuild). Ron and Evan came by and we discussed our requirements. Ron and Evan listened, asked the right questions, and came up with some excellent ideas and cost-saving suggestions that didn't sacrifice quality. Their quote came in substantially lower than their competitor.The renovations took place during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ron and Evan managed our expectations regarding completion due to worldwide shortages and delivery delays concerning building materials. They got started immediately. They stayed in touch and consulted with us throughout the project. When any of the expected delays did arise, they turned their attention to other parts of the project wherever possible. Rob-Ron has great, long-standing relationships with some excellent trades-people. “I've had two experiences with this company but unfortunately they haven't done any work for me so this review is based solely on my interaction with them. The first time I was looking for them to complete my house after the previous builder took off on me. They didn't end up finishing the home because I was behind on budget and couldn't afford them. Eventually I found out they wouldn't have been able to anyways after becoming ineligible for a new home warranty from the previous builder taking off. In the end my only option was to do my owner/builder and manage the project myself which I advise against.
