The cleaning took less than 20 mins and all brown plaque was removed leaving Doggo with shining teeth. The service was affordable and they provided complementary nail trimming. He's a nervous guy, too, but I can tell when I pick him up that he's calmed down quite a bit. It helps that she gives him treats and he gets to spend time with her dogs, too. :)
