“What a great first experience! Our doggo is nervous by nature and the staff were patient and happy to meet her where she was at. The cleaning took less than 20 mins and all brown plaque was removed leaving Doggo with shining teeth. The service was affordable and they provided complementary nail trimming. I’ve raved to friends with dogs about our experience and now to the internet. Can’t say enough good things!“

“Lesley always does a fantastic job with my Misiu's groom! Switched to Fernwood Grooming after having a few too many close calls with other groomers cutting my pomeranian's hair too short. Haven't looked back since and I'm always really happy with the work they've done.
He's a nervous guy, too, but I can tell when I pick him up that he's calmed down quite a bit. It helps that she gives him treats and he gets to spend time with her dogs, too. :)

“So happy to have found this grooming outfit. Originally working out of home. Been in Saanich for 3 years. We needed a new groomer for our mature (over 17 years' old) Cairn who has been used to having home grooming for some years. I was dreading the search...and Victoria has various grooming places, but they are heavily booked most without spaces. I found the perfect place. Booked an appointment. Dear Dog had a bout of bad health which meant she couldn't attend the pre-booked appointment. I just about gave them the right amount of cancellation notice. They were VERY patient with us and understanding. I re-booked a few weeks' later. She was looking pretty shaggy by then. But at least a lot healthier. Our groomer was the lovely Kaylyn. I knew, walking through the door, that this was a good place. Sweet pegs up behind check in with dogs' names being attended to and their leads. Some separate areas (at least one) for dogs older and less sociable. Ours was waiting there for us on pick up. It looked very clean, tidy and welcoming. We felt confident leaving Olive. Returning over 1.5 hours later. What a treat that was. We'd found our dog again! One of the best cuts I've seen for a very long time. She wasn't nervous or upset. It was easy to see that she was relieved to have a lot less hair and to be able to see better. Tail wagging operative! I've re-booked and we'll be back in 5 weeks. 100% recommended. Be patient about their getting back to you (ideally by text). They are a busy shop, but always get there, just may take a few days longer than you'd expect. Worth the wait imo.“

“For seven years Top Dog was our go-to for regular nail trims and grooming for our two rescue Yorkies. Trish, Darren, Nandi, JK and Tae-Oh are all wonderful and always took such great care of our boys before they crossed the rainbow bridge. Can't recommend Top Dog enough.“

“Very helpful staff. If they don't have the peticular item you are looking for, you can ask the staff if they are able to order it in. AWESOME self serve doggy bathing section that has a ton of high quality shampoos, Free doggy treats and water proof aprons and a warm jet air hose and towels for drying after. And it's less then 15$ per visit for everything included! Any size breed as well cause the bathing area has stairway for bigbreads to get in so washing is wast high so no need to talk bend over.“

“Puppy Love is so great! My dog can’t handle group boarding, she’s too shy and so her past boardings didn’t work out well. After her first stay at this kennel, she looked so happy and barely made complaining and/or sad noises at us when we picked her up. The second time we dropped her off, she happily went in and was searching for her own little space/crate. It’s such a relief that we found this place for our dog, and the staff is super friendly.“

“Great store with lots of stock and keen staff that are always willing to help customers. The lady that works for Royal Canin “Dorean” I believe is her name is extremely knowledgeable on the nutrition for cats and dogs and she is at this location multiple times per week.“
