Took my laptop to fix a few problems, I guess it had more problems than I was aware of, Neal got it all cleaned up and even did a few extra things - working awesome now, very happy! Also purchased a laptop from him for my son and my son is super happy with it as well, Neal really knows what he is doing, had my computer back within a couple hours. Couldn’t boot my computer anymore, so took it here on a Sunday (of all days!) and he had it up and running in a couple hours. Great communication, professional service, my PC is running faster than it was before. Even redownloaded all my programs for me. Wish I would have come here earlier rather than trying to troubleshoot myself.
