I ordered a birthday bouquet (without a vase) this week for a special friend in Qualicum, BC. The fellow on the telephone was fabulous and helped me choose just the perfect arrangement. We discussed colours, prices, delivery options and what I wanted written on the gift card. The delivery was the next day and went so smoothly, and with care and a cheerful driver. The flowers were so very fresh and just as we had discussed (many shades of pink, from pale to hot pink and so many different varieties of blooms). They were wrapped with care and in a great water bag & box so that the flowers arrived in perfect condition and ready for my friend to just pop into a vase from her cabinet.
