“Our hot tub stopping working in sub zero temperatures and we called around and everyone was too busy to help us.Diamond Heating & Spas sent out a technician immediately to assist us.Normally spa dealerships prioritize the brands they sell, which is a problem for us as we already owned the hot tub and shipped it to our new home. This hot tub doesn’t have local support. I appreciated the fact that Diamond Heating & Spas had no issue helping us out under short notice.He found the initial problem quickly and resolved the problem. He checked over the entire system and found another problem that could has cause us another service call. He quickly rectified this issue as well. The Technician called me from our home and updated me on everything that was found. He also told me he would stop by the following day and double check the hot tub. He offered me some expert tips as well.This is amazing service right from the operational side to the field side of the business. Hats off to Topher for amazing customer service!!“
