Highly recommend. This clinic is full of compassionate employees, who clearly love what they do. Never once did I feel like the sad and unfortunate situation we were in with our beloved family dog was just more $$$$ to them- in fact it felt very opposite, communication was handled with so much kindness and although our outcome was very sad at the end of our visit, we left feeling very taken care of. Even giving us privacy from the other patience awaiting care, as we managed our way through the loss of our dog. We are forever grateful for the staff at Armstrong vet.
We are so lucky to have this team of positive professionals in our town. The staff is incredibly kind and positive. We are beyond thankful for the care they continue to show our animals.
I took my girl in to see Dr. Tryon. I tried telling him there was something wrong and he wouldn't listen. 3 DAYS LATER my girl died in my arms after convulsing, urinating and defecating ON HERSELF! Not only was this traumatic for me, but also I can not imagine what my girl went through. Not to mention that, but also, when I requested to speak with him for 5 minutes so I could look him in the eye and hopefully help me get closure, he was going to make me book an appointment and PAY for 5 minutes so that I could get some closure. NEVER have I EVER been to a veterinarian that has been so unfeeling towards someone's emotions. I will NEVER take ANY of my animals here ever again, as it apparent that money is more important to them than their clients and their pets.
