As a person who has enjoyed pets my whole life, I have always enjoyed Bosleys.... However their langley store AND their Aldergrove store go ABOVE and BEYOND. I have a blue nose pitty, rather large at over 100 pounds with a head like a basket ball.. Most folks are rather hesitant to approach ( they have no idea, blue nose pitties are not your average pitt bull). I had purchased a different food the other day and the young fellow that helped me warned me about the small kibble buy me always knowing everything ( NOT) got it anyway... I humbly returned to bath Jack's a few days later ( today) and the lady, not even the one who had helped me offered to return... read full review

I stopped in to find some 'wet' food for our senior diabetic cat. The staff were very friendly and helpful.... even searching out some samples for me. I also learned that they have a do-it-yourself dog bath. Wonderful store, I'll definitely be back. Thank you ladies!

My husband and I go here for all our pet needs. The staff is very knowledgeable and they are wonderful people. We are always greeted enthusiastically, and they have never steered us wrong in finding the right diets for our way too many pets ?
