“I've been with IF in Abbotsford for about 4 months at the time I'm writing this review.

They have a really clean gym with all the training gear you need, modern tracking tools, and provide a clear structure from a first conversation to an assessment and goal setting with incremental adjustments as you get more fit towards your goals.

The team that I have worked with so far really enjoys what they are doing and that is simply a great atmosphere to be training in. Communications and adjustments of the training are also great with them.
