We recently completed a total renovation of our place. We shopped around looking for flooring and had a very hard time finding a darker floor that would work with our espresso cabinets. Not having much luck or help along the way, changed when we met Sandra at Exclusive Floors. Sandra immediately offered her help for free. She gave us many suggestions and advice. My elderly mother recently had a washer malfunction in her condo that resulted in extensive water damage to her floors. Our experience with Shelley (Sales) at Town & Country - Exclusive Floors, & Brian & Brandon (Installers), was fantastic. The new flooring looks beautiful, my mom is very happy, & I am most grateful for the way everyone involved went above & beyond to make the process as seamless & stress-free as possible for her. The initial quality of work was not good, as they had a heck of a time just getting the laminate tile to stick for some reason. Some tiles later lifted up but after expressing our concerns, the Sales Manager (Adam) visited our home and ensured that the necessary repairs were done. We are pleased with the finished product.
