Giving 5 stars because I love Saje and I love this location! However the last time I went in to browse around, I found that the staff was a little bit too pushy, commenting on everything I touched or looked at when I was just trying to browse in peace. A little bit of chitchat is fine but I almost felt like they thought I was trying to shoplift because they kept coming back to me and wouldn’t leave me alone. In such a small space, this was very overwhelming ?The customer service is usually awesome and the staff is very knowledgeable about the products so I was hesitant to say anything negative. Either way I still love this store ?

I cannot rave enough about the service I received today.Not only did they show me all the scents and so informative, they got down to my 4 yr old son's level, and smelled scents with him too. Was an extremely pleasant experience and I left happier than I arrived. These ladies should be recognized for their kind demeanor.

LOVE this store. The girls are so informative! They make shopping for natural remedies so easy for a beginner like me. Both managers are super helpful and are always checking in on me to make sure I grab what I need! Every time I go in it’s nothing but a fantastic experience. These girls are trained well!
